"I had been working with an Independent Agent for the last few years as she was always able to shop around for the best coverage with competitive rates and always called me back when I had questions/issues. Two years ago her small agency was bought out by a larger one out of SoCal and, when I called, I was told that I had a new agency contact and, when I asked to work with my old one, was denied. The first agent was competent but not enjoyable to work with. This year I got yet another agent who was slow getting back to me and seemed only willing to do the bare minimum. The last straw was when I paid in full for my new home and auto for renewal and then got a notice almost a month later saying that I owed over $700 more for the auto policy. When I called the agent, his response was: "Wow, I've never seen a change that big for change of address. I'll look into it." He never explained it to me (note that we have no accidents or tickets and no claims other than a windshield in the last several years) and then just shopped me around, emailing me a few quotes with a recommendation that I change carriers for save a few hundred, if I wanted to. I did my due diligence and ended up finding out that he had put down an incorrect new address for where the vehicles were being garaged along with other errors in the quotes. A colleague of mine recommended Nanette's office, saying they were friendly, efficient, and spectacular in all they do along with being very competitive, price wise. Coming from her, I had to at least get a quote from them. WOW! I connected with Hope, explained my situation, and she got promptly to work getting my info and information about what I was looking for and needed. She was friendly, knew what she was doing, and kept in constant contact with me as we went through the process. She definitely knows her stuff and was able to find me better home coverage and identical auto coverage for several hundred dollars less, per year, than the best quotes from the old firm (and any of the 4 others that I got quoted from). Hope also schooled me in the benefits of working with this firm, its employees, and State Farm. Price is critical; however, service is very important to me, too, and it's important to balance the two when buying insurance.. This agency provided excellent pricing and a high level of customer service.. I am grateful that my colleague recommended this agency and extremely pleased about the SPECTACULAR service from Hope. After working with other agencies over the last 50+ years, I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had buying insurance and I believe that their after sale experience will be just as fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for people to at least get a quote from this agency and also factor in the benefits of their high level of customer service when choosing which agency and insurance company is worth your choice."
